Dozens of workers stood outside the front gate of the Water and Sewerage Authority’s (WASA) headquarters in St Joseph yesterday, protesting what the Public Services Association (PSA) said was a breakdown in negotiations between it and the authority’s management.
PSA president Felisha Thomas said workers will return to the front of the authority’s headquarters on Monday to seek a resolution to their negotiations impasse with management.
The negotiations cover the periods 2014-2016 and 2017-2019.
