ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — Police say a 41-year-old man accused of fatally shooting his brother-in-law in a deadly domestic dispute in Slipe, St Elizabeth Friday afternoon, has surrendered.
A senior police source said sometime before midday on Saturday the suspect was taken into custody after hiding from the police in the Black River morass.
He was reportedly reached by telephone and following negotiations he surrendered peacefully.
