Po­lice con­tin­ued their search for two sus­pects con­nect­ed to the kid­nap­ping of Caribbean Air­lines pi­lot Daniel Kawall in the hills of Mar­aval yes­ter­day but were un­suc­cess­ful in lo­cat­ing them.

The men elud­ed po­lice af­ter they raid­ed a hide­out at Third Street, Mar­aval, and res­cued the 59-year-old pi­lot.

Se­nior po­lice of­fi­cials yes­ter­day de­scribed the ter­rain be­ing searched as “un­for­giv­ing” but as­sured they would not give up the hunt.
