A 43-year-old woman was stabbed to death in Mara­bel­la last night.

Ikeisha Wild­man, al­so known as Free­da, of There­sa Street, Mara­bel­la, suc­cumbed to her in­juries at the San Fer­nan­do Gen­er­al Hos­pi­tal.

Po­lice re­spond­ed to a re­port of a wound­ing around 7.30 pm at There­sa Street. As they were en­ter­ing the street, they were stopped by the oc­cu­pants of a sil­ver Toy­ota Field­er wag­on which was ex­it­ing at high speed.
