Slain cop’s family points to ‘accident fallout’

Relatives of slain Police Constable Rommel Douglas believe he may have been killed after threatening to take a person to court following a motor vehicle accident.
Relatives said yesterday it was the only dispute they were aware of.
Relatives said Douglas, who grew up in Morvant, had never spoken of having any other problems or conflicts.
