In a tribĀute, Vieira deĀscribed Teemal as a modĀel InĀdeĀpenĀdent SenĀaĀtor.
āHis conĀtriĀbuĀtions were conĀsisĀtentĀly subĀstanĀtive, well-reaĀsoned, and enĀtireĀly free from parĀtiĀsan posĀturĀing. He foĀcused on sound govĀerĀnance, betĀter laws, and a more just soĀciĀety,ā Vieira said.
