Painter remanded after prosecutor objects to bail

A painter is now on remand Dodds Prison for the next 38 days after a prosecutor objected to his bail in the No. 1 District ‘A’ Magistrates Court.

Damian Dacosta Forde of Villa Road, Upper Collymore Rock, is charged with assaulting Tyrell Thompson, and wounding Nicholas Boyce with intent to maim, disfigure or disable or to do him some other serious bodily harm.

The indictable offences allegedly occurred on September 25.
