RETIRED senior superintendent Johnny Abraham says he plans to take a close look at resources at the National Operations Centre (NOC).
Abraham, in a brief interview with the Express yesterday, confirmed he will be appointed shortly to head the NOC.
Abraham, 68, lamented that “for too long crime has been happening in this country with home invasions, robberies and kidnappings, and some of the responses tend to be very, very slow”.
