OPPOSITION Senator Faris Al-Rawi yesterday accused the Government of trying to 'lynch away' at due process and the Constitution.
Al-Rawi was contributing to debate on the Government's motion to adopt the report of the Joint Select Committee on National Security (JSCNS), on the continued membership of Opposition Senator Janelle John-Bates.
The former attorney general called on the Senate to reject the motion as a 'travesty' of justice and due parliamentary process.
