A CHRISTMAS morning shooting in Arima has left two people dead, including a 14-year-old schoolboy, and his eight-year-old brother with a gunshot injury to his neck.
The fatal incident occurred shortly before dawn when a gunman entered an unfinished house along Sesame Street, Pinto Road, Arima, said police.
Investigating officers said their colleagues were on mobile patrol around 5.45 a.m. when they received a report of a shooting in progress. Officers arrived at the location about five minutes later and observed a group of people gathered along a track on the northern side of the road near the unfinished red brick structure.
