– Plan officially handed over to PM Phillips
Prime Minister (PM) Brigadier (Ret’d) the Honourable Mark Phillips was today officially presented with the Demand-Side Management (DSM) Action Plan for Guyana.
The Guyana DSM Action Plan was formally handed over to the PM, alongside the Minister of Public Utilities and Aviation, Deodat Indar, by the team leader of the Guyana Power and Light (GPL) Incorporated, Kesh Nandlall, and the chief executive officer (CEO) of the Guyana Energy Agency (GEA), Dr Mahender Sharma.
