The Na­tion­al Car­ni­val Com­mis­sion (NCC) of­fi­cial­ly launched Car­ni­val 2026 with a day of fes­tiv­i­ties where Car­ni­val char­ac­ters were packed in­to a full day of events, de­spite rain.
