The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago has appointed its Council for the 2026/27 term following its 56th Annual General Meeting, held virtually on March 26, 2026.
Ninety-eight members voted electronically on resolutions, including the election of five members to the 12-member Council after five vacancies arose.
Resolutions approved at the meeting included adoption of the 2025/26 Annual Report of Council, the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, and the reappointment of Aegis Business Solutions as auditors until the next AGM.
