The Min­is­ter of Fi­nance, Dav­en­dranath Tan­coo, pre­sent­ed in­stru­ments of ap­point­ment to new mem­bers of the Board of Di­rec­tors of Caribbean Air­lines Lim­it­ed on Tues­day.

The Gov­ern­ment has ap­proved the ap­point­ments for a two-year term. The ap­point­ments took ef­fect from the date of the Res­o­lu­tion of the Share­hold­ers, in ac­cor­dance with the Com­pa­nies Act and the By-laws of the Com­pa­ny.

Rey­na Kow­lessar has been ap­point­ed Chair­man of the Board. Videsh Praim has been named Vice Chair­man. Oth­er mem­bers ap­point­ed to the Board are Shar­lene Ma­haraj, Sel­wyn Cud­joe, Amit Kr­is­han Ma­habir, and D. Adam J. Moss.
