South Western Division police are trying to piece together the circumstances that led to two men being shot and wounded on New Year’s Day in Siparia.
The injured men have been identified as Akil Solomon, 31, of La Romaine and Darell Dean, 44, of Santa Cruz.
According to the police, the two were taken to the Siparia District Health Facility after being shot.
