State-owned Land­mark­TT Prop­er­ties Ltd says it is still await­ing a re­sponse from the Of­fice of Pro­cure­ment Reg­u­la­tion (OPR) as the reg­u­la­tor con­tin­ues its re­view of the pro­cure­ment process for the com­pa­ny’s pro­posed $100 mil­lion Al­lam­by Res­i­den­tial De­vel­op­ment project in Corinth, San Fer­nan­do.

Speak­ing with Guardian Me­dia via tele­phone yes­ter­day, Land­mark­TT’s chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer (CEO) Nis­chall Shane Poona said the com­pa­ny had com­plied with all re­quests made by the reg­u­la­tor and is now await­ing a re­sponse.
