A STREET vendor was shot dead as he sold to customers along lower Charlotte Street in Port of Spain yesterday evening.
Several witnesses at the scene identified the victim only as “TK Hoyce” of East Dry River.
He was described as a popular vendor who sold vegetables and other items.
