The death of father of one, Alan Samaroo, has enraged residents of Piparo, who accused the Police Service of failing to respond to calls that a suspicious man was spotted in the bushes before daybreak yesterday.
Samaroo, 40, was shot in the head and face by a gunman who emerged from an overgrown area as he waited for transportation to go to work at around 6.30am.
Then the police came, his wife Keisha Samaroo said, to search for the shooter who had been long gone.
