Two teenage boys were arrested after officers recovered a stolen car and what appeared to be police uniforms and equipment in Barataria.
Around 4:30 pm yesterday, police searched a bushy area along Grenado Street, where they found a plastic drum buried in the ground. Inside were three blue tactical jackets with police patches, three pairs of black tactical pants, a police cap, and a pair of boots.
Later in the operation, officers intercepted a white Nissan B15 reported stolen during a robbery. A 16-year-old boy from St Paul Street and a 15-year-old boy from Laventille were taken into custody.
