President Christine Kangaloo has extended Easter greetings to citizens of Trinidad and Tobago, urging reflection on the message of the season and its relevance to national life.
In her Easter 2026 message, Kangaloo said the observance marks the Resurrection of Jesus Christ and its significance within the Christian calendar.
She said Easter highlights themes of suffering, sacrifice, redemption and hope, and called on citizens to examine their actions in light of those teachings.
