Pork-knocker chopped to death during drinking session at Eyelash Landing

(Kaieteur News) – A 28-year-old pork-knocker was chopped to death during a drinking session at Eyelash Landing, North West District, Region One, on Saturday, with a 33-year-old suspect subsequently arrested following a manhunt.
The deceased has been identified as Trevlon Marcieo Henry, called “Mario”, of Port Kaituma, North West District. The suspect has been identified as John Joseph, called “Radio”, of S1A, Port Kaituma.
According to a report from the Guyana Police Force (GPF), the incident occurred at about 10:50 hrs on 17th October, 2026, at Eyelash Landing.
