A 36-year-old driller has been granted bail and will return to the District ‘A’ Traffic Court in December on a criminal damage charge.
Devon Samuel Wendell Williams, of Haynesville, St James, appeared before Magistrate Jared Richards and pleaded not guilty to damaging Alvin Sobers’ car on September 9.
Constable Cindy Greaves raised no objection, and he was released on $3 000 bail with surety.
