A St Peter labourer accused of taking and damaging a car without permission was remanded after appearing in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court because he could not find someone to post bail.
Mikal Torique Worrell, 30, of Miller Road, Farm Road, St Peter, was not required to plead to charges of taking a vehicle for his own use and driving it without the owner’s consent and damaging the car belonging to Shakir Jordan or being reckless as to whether the vehicle would be damaged.
He is also accused of driving the vehicle on Miller Road without having a driver’s licence.
