A Sargeants Village man, who said his past had made him a target, was remanded after denying that he stole a handbag and more than $2 000 in contents.
âMy name get put up because I have a past and I get targeted,â Shane Daniel Jeremiah Polin said in the District âAâ Traffic Court.
The 41-year-old general worker of Bartletts Tenantry pleaded not guilty to stealing a $200 handbag, cell phone, purse, cosmetic bag, identification and bank cards, cash, and other items totalling $2 350, belonging to Roseanne Grace, on September 4.
