Central Bank Governor Dr The Most Honourable Kevin Greenidge made that clear yesterday as he acknowledged a challenging first month for the national instant payment system, including the late payment of some salaries and pensions.
Speaking during a press conference at theĀ Courtney Blackman Grande SalleĀ of theĀ Tom Adams Financial CentreĀ in The City, he said when BiMPay went live on June 13, the system was ready and had undergone adequate testing.
