One man has been ar­rest­ed, and firearms along with a quan­ti­ty of am­mu­ni­tion were seized dur­ing an­ti-crime ex­er­cis­es in the Port of Spain Di­vi­sion on Thurs­day night.

Ac­cord­ing to po­lice re­ports, a team of of­fi­cers con­duct­ed mo­bile pa­trols across the Beetham Gar­dens, Laven­tille, Port of Spain, and Bel­mont ar­eas.

At ap­prox­i­mate­ly 10:40 PM on March 6, 2025, while fo­cus­ing on the Sea Lots area, the of­fi­cers pro­ceed­ed to the Pro­duc­tion Dri­ve area.
