KINGSTON, Jamaica — At just 17 years old, Jelani Harvey is already showing that success on the football field and in the classroom can go hand in hand.
The talented defensive midfielder, who has developed through the ranks of Harbour View FC and emerged as a standout student-athlete at Campion College, is preparing for another major chapter in his young career after being selected to attend prestigious boarding school Choate Rosemary Hall in Connecticut this fall, where he will join the Class of 2028.
Harvey’s football journey began at age nine when he represented Harbour View’s Under-10 team at the Bandolino Cup in Italy from May 3-7, 2018.
