Another alleged water trucking racket has been uncovered.

This time it’s in Sangre Grande and Public Utilities Minister Marvin Gonzales has suggested that it might be the real reason that Member of Parliament for Cumuto/Manzanilla Dr Rai Ragbir has decided to remove himself from the United National Congress (UNC).

The alleged water racket was elaborated on by Gonzales at the sod-turning ceremony for the Guanapo Water Treatment Plant yesterday moments after Ragbir, who was present, mentioned the alleged illegal activity but declined speaking more on the matter since he said it was currently under investigation.
