“I have done nothing wrong except express an opinion.”
With these words, Fishermen and Friends of the Sea (FFOS) corporate secretary Gary Aboud denounced the sudden revocation of his United States visa, saying he believes the decision stems from his public criticism of what he has described as extrajudicial killings of alleged narco-traffickers in the Caribbean by US authorities.
Speaking to the Express by phone yesterday, Aboud said while he accepts the decision to revoke his travel visa, he will not retreat from his stance.
