DPI – The government is positioning international education and skills development as key drivers of national transformation, with another cohort of Guyanese students set to pursue studies in China under the 2026 Chinese Government Scholarship Programme.
Minister of Public Service, Government Efficiency and Implementation, Zulfikar Ally, addressing the scholarship recipients, underscored the responsibility that comes with the opportunity.
He urged the students to return home with the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to Guyana’s continued development.
