(Kaieteur News) – The Ministry of Human Services and Social Security is seeking a contractor to construct a new Elderly Assisted Living Facility at Enmore, Region Four, with the project estimated to cost $1.5B.
This is according to an invitation for bids issued by the ministry and published on the Government of Guyana’s procurement website.
The tender notice states that bids for the project are expected to be opened on 27th August, 2026, at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB).
