Modular CEO denies $145M fraud allegations as fresh claims emerge

(Kaieteur News) – The CEO of Modular Builds Guyana Inc., British businessman Hardeep Singh Bharya, has publicly denied allegations that he fled Guyana after allegedly defrauding four Guyanese of approximately $145 million.
Regarding the police probe into the alleged fraud, Singh told Kaieteur News that he will return to Guyana for questioning only if the Guyana Police Force (GPF) contacts him.
Singh first denied the allegations publicly in a video statement posted on his company’s Facebook page.
