A FATHER broke down in tears yesterday as he spoke of his desperate efforts to save his three-year-old son, who died after choking on vomit after a large meal.
Anderson Raphael Richins, 58, said hours before the child, Omarie, died, he had eaten several slices of pizza that he (Richins) had brought home for dinner.
