Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a three-year-old boy who was found unresponsive at his home in Corinth Hills, San Fernando, and later pronounced dead at the San Fernando General Hospital early Monday morning.
The child has been identified as Omarie Richins, a preschool student of St Patrick’s Private School, who lived at Demeter Lane, Corinth Hills.
According to police reports, officers attached to the Ste Madeleine Police Station received a call at around 5.53 a.m. on Monday from the South Operations Centre, informing them of the death of a three-year-old at the Emergency Department of the San Fernando General Hospital.
