Drunk driving woman crashes into squad car

A 57-year-old Erin woman was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after the vehicle she was driving collided with a marked police vehicle in Rancho Quemado on Monday night.
The incident occurred around 8.45 p.m. along the Southern Main Road, Erin, near Joe Mini Mart.
Police said a marked police vehicle was travelling west towards Erin when the driver stopped because of traffic. A white Nissan AD Wagon then rear-ended the police vehicle.
