Minister of Rural Development and Local Government, Khadijah Ameen, along with Minister of Public Administration and Artificial Intelligence, Dominic Smith, have reaffirmed their commitment to reducing negative stigma, advancing youth development, and improving infrastructure within the Carapo community.

The Ministers made the pledge while attending an Easter Family Fun Day hosted in the area on Easter Monday.

Residents of Carapo, in collaboration with the Evergreen United Organisation, hosted the community event aimed at combating long-standing negative perceptions and highlighting positive initiatives within the area.
