TWO students from a school in South Trinidad are expected to be charged with assault after a violent interaction that was shared on social media last week.
Yesterday the Express was told that the students of the Siparia East Secondary School were expected to be charged by police officers after striking another student.
A video of the interaction, widely circulated on social platforms, depicts two students holding a third by her hair while delivering several blows. They are seen repeatedly hitting the third across her back while attempting to pull her down a staircase. The lone student is heard screaming while classmates observe.
