Minister of Finance Davendranath Tancoo has appointed a new Board of Directors for First Citizens Holdings Limited, the state-owned investment company that manages the Government’s shares in First Citizens Bank Limited.

At a brief ceremony on Wednesday Minister Tancoo presented instruments of appointment to the new members of the Board.

Shankar Bidaisee has been named Chairman, while Professor Sterling Frost will serve as Deputy Chairman. The other directors appointed are Crystelle Smith, Prakash Dhanrajh, Sandy Roopchand, Jo-Anne Boodoosingh, Nichelle Granderson, and Javan Lewis.
