The board of the First Cit­i­zens Group Fi­nan­cial Hold­ings Ltd (FCGFH) has ten­dered its res­ig­na­tion to­day, ahead of to­mor­row’s spe­cial gen­er­al meet­ing at which new board mem­bers are sched­uled to be nom­i­nat­ed.

The spe­cial meet­ing of share­hold­ers will be held at the Na­tion­al Acad­e­my for the Per­form­ing Arts (NA­PA) at 10 am.

The chair­man of the last board was An­tho­ny Smart, along with di­rec­tors Courte­nay B Williams, Sav­it­ree Seep­er­sad, Idrees Omardeen, Jay­selle Mc­Far­lane, Troy Gar­cia, and Col­in Wharfe.
