Speak­ing dur­ing yes­ter­day’s post-Cab­i­net me­dia brief­ing at the Red House in Port-of-Spain, Sobers said the visa re­stric­tions fol­lowed the pre­vi­ous gov­ern­ment’s fail­ure to amend key leg­is­la­tion.
