Contractor Stephen Samuel, through his attorneys, has initiated legal action against the company.
In a pre-action protocol letter dated July 3, addressed to chief executive of the Community-Based Environmental Protection and Enhancement Programme, Keith Eddy, and signed by attorney St Clair O’Neil, he called on CEPEP to rescind his termination letter dated June 27, 2025, by 3 p.m. yesterday.
O’Neil is led by Larry Lalla and they are instructed by Kareem Marcelle.
