THE CEPEP Company is facing new legal action from a contractor over the Government’s decision to rescind more than 300 CEPEP contracts.

This latest development comes as the company navigates ongoing disputes regarding its contractual agreements with the Government.

One such case involves Eastman Enterprise Ltd, a general contracting company, which has filed a notice of application for an interim injunction against CEPEP.
