Moments after Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez announced stakeholders’ intent to suspend all gas agreements with Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro referred to Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar, as a “lackey” with ‘moral weakness.”
Maduro was speaking during an interview tonight as part of Venezuelan State television’s global coverage and daily programming.
Throughout the interview he referred to allegations made by the Venezuelan government over the past two days that Trinidad and Tobago is collaborating with the US on a false flag attack which would implicate Venezuela. The Venezuelan government has alleged that this information was obtained from a group of mercenaries funded by the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), which it claims to have arrested.
