Tributes continue to pour in from the national community after the passing of former NGC head and Order of the Republic of TT recipient Mark Loquan, who died on April 6. He is remembered as someone who fully supported the development of the creative arts in TT.
The Bocas Lit Fest, in a statement on its Facebook page on April 6, said Loquan was a patriot, musician, composer and a genuine friend of the festival.
Founder and president Marina Salandy-Brown said Loquan was a rare human being, exceptional, grounded, kind and generous.
