A YOUNG cricketer who could have gone all the way to the West Indies team died a day after he was diagnosed with a terminal illness.
Youth cricketer Isa Ali, a Sixth Form student at Presentation College, San Fernando, died on July 31.
He was hospitalised at the San Fernando General Hospital where a mass, which was later confirmed to be cancerous, was discovered in his stomach. He was then transferred to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex at Mt Hope.
