The Jamaica Public Service (JPS) is reporting that customers served by South Jamaica Power Company generating units who lost electricity this morning have now had their service restored.
JPS says the outage was caused by a loss of gas supply to the generating units.
The company says power was restored to most customers within half an hour, with all affected customers now fully reconnected.
