Businesses in Tobago are facing a cargo scarcity because of longer delivery times, higher logistics costs, and trucks being held up for as long as two days.
This as reduced cargo sailings between Port of Spain and Scarborough strain the interisland supply chain, the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce (TT Chamber) has said.
