Intruder smashes way into Bacolet woman’s home

A 58-year-old woman was forced to hide in a bathroom after a gunnman smashed his way into her Bacolet home in the early hours of Saturday.
The woman was the sole occupant of her two-storey home when the incident occurred around 2.55 am.
She had secured all doors and windows and activated her security alarm before going to bed on Friday night.
