JUSTICE Marcia Ayers-Caesar, who the Privy Council found was unlawfully forced out of office in 2017 by the Chief Justice Ivor Archie-led Judicial and Legal Service Commission (JLSC), has resumed duties as a High Court Judge.
Sources within the Judiciary informed the Express yesterday that about a month ago, Ayers-Caesar took back up office but has not been working in “the front line”.
“She is not really dealing with any open court matters just yet. She is more in the background dealing with matters in chambers,” one judicial officer said.
