Months after a US military aircraft landed in Tobago to transport the AN-TPS-80 Ground/ Air Task Oriented Task Radar from the ANR Robinson International Airport in Tobago, a US Air Force Boeing C-17A Globemaster III landed in Piarco this afternoon.
According to flight tracking data, the aircraft, labeled RCH147 per flight tracking website Flightradar24, made its way to the Piarco International Airport at 2:45p.m. And left bound towards Barbados at around 4.p.m.
Though Flightradar places the flight’s origin near Honduras, its official point of origin has not been confirmed. The aircraft appeared to have left the Charleston International Airport yesterday morning.
